Three separate lines of enquiry

Each review below answers a distinct question about how a company buys — where spend is concentrated, what the terms actually say, or how much stock is genuinely needed. You are welcome to commission one, several, or none while you consider which fits your situation; there is no assumption that a review will lead to further engagement.

Shared to every review

A defined scope

Timeframe and deliverables are agreed before work begins.

A written report

Findings set down plainly, with supporting tables and notes.

Ref. OFR-007 / Fees

What the fee reflects

Pricing reflects the time needed to reconcile your specific records against the scope of each review, not a standard package applied regardless of company size. If your situation calls for a different scope than described here, mention it when you write in and we can discuss what fits.

Questions before deciding

What records do you need from us? +

Purchasing records, supplier agreements, and current stock figures, depending on which review is commissioned. We will confirm the exact list once scope is agreed.

Can we commission more than one review at once? +

Yes. The concentration and buffer reviews draw on similar records, so they can be commissioned together; the proposal then states one combined timeframe.

What if the review finds nothing of concern? +

Then the report says so. An accurate reading that confirms your current practice is a legitimate outcome, not an incomplete one.

Is payment flexible? +

Fees are in Japanese yen, exclusive of consumption tax. We issue an invoice when the report is delivered and ask for payment by bank transfer within 30 days. The full terms are on our Terms and Conditions page.
