What these terms cover

These terms govern how you may use treasuryquartz.com, the website of Treasury Quartz Godo Kaisha. Using the site means you accept them. They deal with the website only. A paid review is a separate matter, governed by the written proposal we send you and by our Terms and Conditions page. Should the three ever disagree about an engagement, the proposal prevails, then the Terms and Conditions, then these terms.

How the site may be used

• Use it for lawful purposes and in a way that leaves other visitors' use untouched.
• Do not run automated tools that submit the enquiry form, scrape the site in volume or put an unusual load on the server.
• Do not probe the site for weaknesses or try to get around its protections without our written permission.
• Do not send enquiries under someone else's name, or with contact details that are not yours.
• Reading the site costs nothing and does not require an account.

The status of the information shown here

The pages describe three reviews: what each covers, how long its scope usually runs and what it costs. That description is information, not a binding offer. A contract for a review comes into being only when we have sent a written proposal and you have confirmed it in writing. Fees shown on the site are in Japanese yen and exclude consumption tax.

The site gives general information about procurement review. It is not legal, accounting or tax advice, and the examples on the comparison and philosophy pages illustrate a method; they are not statistics about any named company.

Writing to us through the site

Sending a message does not start an engagement or oblige either side to anything. We read enquiries in the order they arrive and usually reply within two to three business days, though we do not guarantee a reply time. Please do not attach or paste purchasing records, contracts or stock data into the form; we will tell you how to send those once a scope is agreed.

Interruptions and updates

We try to keep the site reachable but cannot promise uninterrupted access, and we may suspend it for maintenance. We may also change the text, the fees or the descriptions of the reviews at any time. A change to a fee applies to proposals issued after the change; a proposal already issued keeps its fee until the proposal's own expiry date.

Who owns the content

The text, layout, tables and design of this site belong to Treasury Quartz Godo Kaisha. You may link to any page and may quote a short passage with the source named. You may not copy whole pages or republish the site's material elsewhere without our written consent.

A report written for a client is licensed to that client for use inside its own organisation and is not for resale or publication, unless the proposal states otherwise.

Where a page links to another website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what it contains or how it handles information.

Your device, your connection

You are responsible for the equipment, browser and network connection you use to reach the site. Pages are written to work in current versions of the common browsers, and we cannot promise that an old or heavily modified browser will display them correctly. If a page does not load or an enquiry fails to send, email us directly and we will pick the matter up from there.

Language of the terms and how notices are given

These terms are written in English, and the English text prevails if a translation is ever prepared. A notice to us is validly given by email to info@treasuryquartz.com or by post to the office address on the Impressum page. We send notices to you at the email address you gave when you wrote to us, and they take effect when sent.

Limits, governing law and courts

The site is provided as it stands. To the extent Japanese law permits, Treasury Quartz Godo Kaisha is not liable for loss that results from using the site or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Sapporo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance over any dispute arising from them.
