How long your choice lasts and where it lives
The cookie_consent entry carries no expiry date set by us. It stays in your browser until you change your choice, clear the site's data or remove it through your browser settings. It holds the value of each category and a timestamp, nothing that identifies you. We do not copy it to a server and we do not keep a log of who accepted or declined what.
Rejecting every optional category does not turn off the two essential ones. Functionality and security storage stay on because the site could not remember your banner choice, or protect its own pages, without them.

What would change if measurement or advertising is introduced
Should we add an analytics or advertising service later, it will start in the denied state and wait for your explicit consent. We will name the service and the purpose on this page before it takes effect, and the effective date at the top will move accordingly. Sending data to an external party for these purposes is the kind of external transmission that Japan's Telecommunications Business Act asks operators to disclose, and this page is where we would do so.
