Know exactly where your terms differ, and why
A plain comparison of what each supplier has agreed to, so renewal conversations start from fact rather than guesswork.

Walking into your next renewal already informed
The comparison table shows how your suppliers' terms sit against one another — where a payment period is out of step with the rest, where a minimum order quantity has quietly become inconvenient, and where the current arrangement is, in fact, already reasonable.
Ref. OFR2-003 / Background
Terms agreed at different times, rarely compared
Contract terms are usually negotiated one supplier at a time, often years apart, by whoever happened to be handling that relationship. It is entirely ordinary for a company to reach a renewal date without a clear sense of how that supplier's terms sit relative to everyone else's — not because anyone was careless, but because nobody had reason to look across all of them at once.
Ref. OFR2-004 / Approach
Lining every contract up against the others
We review payment periods, minimum order quantities, price revision mechanisms, delivery obligations, and defective-goods handling across your supplier agreements, and set them beside one another in a single comparison. Where a difference has no clear justification, we note it as a point worth raising; where the current term already serves you well, we note that too.
Ref. OFR2-005 / Working Together
What working with us looks like
Once contracts and terms are shared, we work through them independently, checking back with you only where a clause needs interpreting. The review typically closes with a short conversation to walk through the comparison table and the notes prepared for each supplier, so you have time to ask questions before any renewal meeting.
Ref. OFR2-006 / Fee
¥21,500 for the complete review
The fee covers the full two-to-three week scope, from receipt of your contracts to the finished comparison and notes.
Fees are in Japanese yen and exclude consumption tax. The comparison is a reading of your own contracts; it does not predict what a supplier will agree to at renewal, and it is not legal advice on the wording of any clause.

How the comparison is built
Each term in the comparison table is drawn directly from the supplier's own agreement, not from a summary or a verbal understanding of it. The two-to-three week scope reflects the typical time needed to review terms across a supplier base of moderate size; a larger number of contracts may extend the timeframe slightly, which we agree with you beforehand.
Ref. OFR2-008 / Before You Commit
No cost to ask whether this fits
A first conversation about scope and fit is offered without charge. If, once your contracts are shared, the number of suppliers turns out to be larger than expected, we will say so and confirm a revised scope with you before proceeding rather than absorbing the difference silently.
Ref. OFR2-009 / Next Steps
A short message is all it takes to begin
Let us know roughly how many suppliers are involved and whether a renewal date is approaching. We will reply with a proposed scope for you to confirm before any work starts.

If a renewal is on the horizon
Send a note and we will discuss what the terms review would involve for your company.
